Court Schedule
Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month, January through October. In November and December court is held the 2nd and 3rd Thursday. Court Chambers are located at 4029 5th St., Brookshire, TX 77423
Citation Payment Options
Brookshire Municipal Court offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the payment option that best suits your needs. Should you receive a citation, please allow ten (10) business days before contacting Brookshire Municipal Courts about your citation.

Payment By Mail: If paying by mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to PO Box 160, Brookshire, TX 77423. Payment form accepted is check or money order. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five (5) to seven (7) business days before the due date on your bill.
Payment by Phone: If paying by phone, please call (281) 375-5048. Payment for accepted is credit or debit card. There is a 3% processing fee for all card payments.
Payment In Person: You may pay your bill in person at our office, located at 4029 5th St., Brookshire, TX 77423. We accept check, money order, credit or debit cards. No cash payments are accepted.
Payment Through Financial Institutions: Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven (7) business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
